Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.

By visiting this website, purchasing from us, creating an account, or otherwise using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies referenced in them.

PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, measurements, descriptions, and details accurately. However, colors may vary depending on the customer’s screen, lighting conditions, and device settings.

Certain DRU products feature intentional fading, cracking, distressing, abrasion, irregular coloration, burn treatments, and other finishing processes. These treatments may create natural variations between individual garments. Such intended variations form part of the product’s design and are not manufacturing defects.

Measurements may have reasonable production tolerances. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size information before purchasing.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products and releases may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales to particular countries or customers, and modify product availability without prior notice.

Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. A purchase is only confirmed after payment has been accepted and an order confirmation has been issued.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Unavailable inventory;

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The final product price, shipping charge, discount, and applicable tax shown at checkout govern the transaction.

PAYMENT

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. DRU does not directly control the approval, rejection, security review, or processing time applied by those providers.

We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All purchases are subject to our Shipping and Import Duties Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

References to third-party names, imagery, music, films, characters, artworks, or cultural material remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to DRU or to the customer.
