DRU is an independent label shaped by the music, films, characters, and visual culture that stay with us.
We approach every piece as more than merchandise. Each release begins with an idea, a reference, or an image worth revisiting—then develops through graphic experimentation, fabric treatment, fading, distressing, cracking, and the small imperfections that give an object its own character.
Inspired by vintage bootleg T-shirts and the culture surrounding them, DRU creates garments that feel discovered rather than newly produced. Pieces made to be worn, collected, and changed by the person who owns them.
Our work is not about reproducing the past exactly. It is about interpreting familiar culture through our own perspective and allowing it to live again in a different form.
